The Fourth Kind

“The Fourth Kind,” follows a widowed mother named Abbey Tyler (played by Milla Jovovich) whom is a psychologist with two children, an older teen son and a little girl. This film takes place in Alaska where there have been strange and unsettling disappearances which have been taking places for about forty years. Abbey Tyler believes that there is a definite federal “cover up,” and she will not give up the search for the disappearance of her husband either. Believing that there have been the same occurrences between numerous patients that she has seen, she then starts to gather of the facts from which they have all described and then gets down to the core as to why these people are so terrified to go to sleep. Why have they all seen the same owl? Why have they all felt like someone was watching them? What are the scratches behind their closed doors? It can be anything, but it’s up for Abbey Tyler to find out.
