As they wait for the phone after they drink all of their water the old man says “I don’t have a phone,” all the sudden one of the girls begins to foam at the mouth and they realized they’ve been drugged. they wake up in a what looks to be a hospital bed but they are chained to it, also realizing that there is another man in the room with them. The old German man comes into the room explaining that he is a surgeon and that he wants to make them all interlocked from bottoms to mouth. But what happens if they have to use the bathroom?
